Join Jacksonville's chicest Mahjong club. Learn to play, meet amazing people, and discover why Mahjong is having its moment.
In 2023, one Mahjong lesson sparked something bigger than anyone expected. What started as four women around a table, quickly grew into a thriving Jacksonville community built on friendship, connection, and a shared love of Mahjong. We're bringing together women across Jacksonville who want to learn something new, make real friendships, and have a seriously good time.
Whether you've never touched a tile or you grew up watching your grandmother play, there's a seat at our table for you. Our events pair the perfect mix of strategy, and socializing; Because game night should feel like a treat.
It’s a lifestyle.
More than a game.

The Mahjong Open is Coming to Jacksonville!
Join us for an 8-week flexible American Mahjong League where you can play on your own schedule! Each week, create or join a 4-person table, choose when and where you want to play, submit your scores, and follow your progress on the Greater Jacksonville League leaderboard.
Mahjong Social Club Jax will also be hosting League Nights throughout the season, giving players plenty of opportunities to meet new people, find a table, and get their weekly games in.
And of course, we’re making a whole season out of it! League players will be invited to our Practical Mahj-ic Kickoff Party on October 30, with more meetups and special events planned throughout the eight weeks.
Registration is officially OPEN!
